EM Track-III reached its End-of-Life on December 31, 2017. After that date the product is no longer maintained, improved or supported.
Customers are encouraged to convert to the new Goodyear EMTrack system. More details are found on the EMTrack web site

Trouble using EM Track-III?
Support for Legacy EM Track-III ended on December 31, 2017. Beginning on January 1, 2018 Goodyear will only support its next generation EMTrack product.
