Future EM Track Product
Goodyear is issuing the next generation EMTrack by year's end. The new product is Web-based, requiring an Internet connection to operate. The current, stand-alone version 5 of EM Track-III continues to be supported until the end of 2017. After that date users may continue to use EM Track-III without support by either ASMGi or Goodyear. Only the new product will be supported by Goodyear.
Current EM Track-III support contracts that last into 2018 are honored by Goodyear and will be credited toward the new product. Customers that have their support contract lapsed need to negotiate new terms with Goodyear.
